    A working session with your AML/CTF compliance officer and the people who do the day-to-day work: the designated services you provide, how customers come in, and the systems you already run.

    We set it up the way you work

    Lex-AML is configured around your AML/CTF program and your designated services, then deployed where you want it — as our managed service or inside your own environment.

  3. 03

    We train your team

    Hands-on training for your compliance officer and staff on your own configuration, backed by the Lex-AML Training Academy, so the people using it understand the obligations as well as the screens.

  4. 04

    We stay with you

    Ongoing support from the people who build the product. If something your process needs is missing, we work out with you whether to build it into Lex-AML or connect to a system you already use.

Before you ask

Why are the prices “from” prices?
Firms differ in the designated services they provide, how many people need access, where they want Lex-AML to run and how much customisation they need. The figures are where an engagement starts; your quote is built on your answers.
How long does set-up take?
Usually a few weeks to three months, including initial training. It depends on how much customisation your firm needs and how quickly your team can make time for training. Set-up is billed monthly for as long as it runs, and support pricing starts once you are settled in.
How are identity verification (DVS) checks billed?
At cost, on actuals. If identity verification is configured for your firm, we pass on the number of Document Verification Service checks you used, at the provider’s charge, as the provider bills us. If your firm does not use DVS checks, there is nothing to pay.
Can we see Lex-AML before asking for a quote?
Yes. Request demo access and you can try the Organisation Workspace with fictitious sample data first.
Is training part of the quote?
Yes. Training your compliance officer and team is part of every engagement, not an add-on.
What if our process needs something Lex-AML does not do yet?
Tell us in the form. We look at whether it belongs in the product or is better handled by connecting to a system you already use, and include that in the conversation about your quote.
