These Terms govern your use of Lex-AML by GetPost Labs Pty Ltd.
1. Service
Lex-AML helps Australian Tranche 2 organisations structure AML/CTF workflows — program readiness, customer onboarding, customer due diligence, evidence collection and audit-ready records — in connection with their obligations under the AML/CTF Act 2006.
2. Not Legal Advice
Lex-AML supports compliance workflows and record keeping. It does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee compliance, and does not replace professional judgement or advice from a qualified AML/CTF adviser or legal professional.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: account security, role assignments, data accuracy, and legal compliance.
4. Data
Your organisation retains ownership of the data it enters. We handle it within organisation-specific data boundaries and process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Liability
Limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
